As a common practice, Collecturk sends monthly status reports to institutions served. The content and frequency of the reports are also among subjects to be agreed on with the institutions through the negotiations held during the service purchase stage.
In cases where, despite of all its efforts Collecturk fails to achieve the collection and/or is convinced that the collection may not be materialized; the relevant report may be taken back by the creditor institution to implement the actions of the institutions’ preference. Collecturk will not demand any fee at this point and will also return all data it possesses back to the creditor institution.
